Is it possible to watch F1 live on the web?

Even if on a for-money subscription basis is there a sanctioned streaming source for F1 content? I don't have a TV for various reasons but I still like to watch races.

I used this stream last season to watch some of the races and qualifying/practice sessions. This is only up when there's a broadcast occurring LIVE and I think there's no commentary either. Not sure if it's still going to work because F1 UK coverage has moved from ITV to BBC so who knows.
