2- WE (******) will NOT send out another lip until we have the wrong color lip in our hands. The reason for this is to make sure the lip is not damaged. If it ends up being damaged (due to the fact the customer packaged it), we will claim YOUR REFUND THROUGH UPS, and send you A COMPLETE REFUND 100%.
3- This was an honest mistake. I had no intentions to send you a wrong colored lip.
4- Your refund has been initiated, and you will see your refund hit your CC in a few days.

Z shift is great vendor and I have their lip...but I ordered through EAS.

I did have to call Z Shift for some questions and yup..professionalism is not there...not that they are bad guys or anything..just not professional..seems like they are young and cannot carry a business like conversation.

I'm sorry to hear about all of this having had happened bro ..... I know you were looking forward to getting this installed and all.

This was my first purchase with ***** and although the majority of our communication was through the course of several emails I never had a reason to doubt things would move along smoothly. As a matter of fact, ***** is the ONLY VENDOR I have ever had contact me throughout the weekend in responding to questions I posed to him. Show me another vendor who goes to that length to hold on to a customer. Hell, I'm lucky to receive a PM response through the course of a 5 day work week from anyone else.

Obviously, my experience was nearly the opposite of yours. If I had known you needed the spoiler for an event I would have sent you mine in a heartbeat and waited on the other. Seriously. Still trying to figure out how a JB order could have gone so wrong on *****'s part though.

By the way, shipping from Cali to TN only showed to be $30 via UPS Ground ........ I would have thought possibly less for you unless ***** has a flat shipping rate.

All in all .......... I don't think there is so much in attitudes showing from either of you. I do see lots of frustration from both sides which others posting seem to be misconstruing as attitude. Like I said, great first purchase experience on my part and most likely won't be the last with ******** at this point.

I've recieved two spoiler from ******, the first wasn't painted all the way and was chipped, then the second WAS CRACKED IN HALF right down the middle! im getting sick and tired of this!

We solved the issue by receiving the front lip back and sending out the correct one to him.

To Joker330i - I don't send out damaged products. Roof/trunk spoilers are very fragile, and UPS does damage them from time to time. I have already called UPS for yo utwice today, and gave JBSPEED instructions to tell you. If they don't call you in 5 business days, then you can disregard the package and I will send out the 3rd one for you free. Sorry about all this, but this is the best I can do.

Just check out the ****** CSL trunk for more info about how they lied to many here about the trunk fitting "perfect." Like how NONE of the latches fit right.

Well you sent out a poorly painted item to me and its been 5 days and UPS still hasn't called me. I'd expect to have my spoiler by now considering i payed for it 3 weeks ago.
