Here is the situation:

The offer: Dior shades $150.

The problem: He sent me a defective pair. It was crooked at the nose. I took it to sunglass hut to heat it and remold it. But they said that part could not be totally fixed. I was left with a 2nd-rate pair of shades that was described as first rate.

I asked Zuerst nicely for a refund after I happily shipped back to him. We bantered back and forth since he hated to refund me so bad.

Now he called me a pure asshole for the reason im disputing the charge on my card since he refuses to refund me.

This guy is a small time low life who does not know the FIRST RULE OF BUSINESS: The customer IS your business, and is ALWAYS right.

Sorry to hear about your problems, But I have bought stuff from him, and I had no problems.

I understand your upset, but insulting him isn't going to help anything.

Dude, I gave him all my respect as i do with everyone.

But once you cross me you will get what you deserve. The fact is, I did not deserve a defective pair of glasses or a crass remark from him via PM. I did nothing to spur his immaturity towards me. I just want everyone (and him) to know what good business is and what he is classified as by a good person.

I told him that I would gladly exchange these at the store for him, no problem. He decided he didnt like how these fit him and now wants a refund. The sunglasses are in perfect condition. Ive never had any problems. Its been over a month now and he decides he wants a refund. Instead of trying to work things out me, he decides to post this.

Thanks for the refund Mike. You did the right thing.

I am not going to sit here and lie about a pair of shades. I could care less about it. They were defective, they do NOT fit your head right. What I care about is Zuerst's inability to be the bigger person and believe me.

Please don't put words in my mouth. If I think it is defective, then it is.

As for the future, it will do you good to always be at your customer's demands. Your sales will increase if you offer no hassles returns. I know this because I used to be like you, too. Always stalling customers and giving them the runaround because I did not want to lose money. But I learned better, and so should you.
