P2096: Post catalyst fuel trim bank 1 too lean

P2270: O2 bank 1 sensor 2 signal stuck lean

I'm not sure what those codes mean, and how to fix them? Anyone?

02 Sensors, most likely.

So you think my O2 sensors are bad/faulty?

If that's really the case, I'm glad........Because I thought it might have been something more serious.......

Is there a way to verify that before I change the O2 sensor and find out that's NOT the problem?

P.S. BTW, I got the SES light and the same P2096 code again today!!

I had a code, not the exact one, its listed in the maint section of the forum, replaced all 4 02 sensors, and the Ses light is still on. Car isnt driving any different though. There isnt really a way to check which one is faulty. How long have you been running the downpipes for?

Why can't you monitor it on the BT to see if one is putting out bad data?

It should have values for each 02 sensor on there. I am not sure what it is listed off the top of my head, but I think "lambda on bank 1" or something like that.

You can actually use a standard OBD II tool to also check o2 sensor voltage.

The BT will allow logging multiple parameters, so it would be nice to see what all 4 are doing.
