Mine cut out at 135 every time when I was stock. I have the sport package, but had 17" stock wheels at the time... didn't get the upgraded 18's. Which did you have?

With the procede this psychotic car just keeps going and going and buries the needle. crazy. Ive only done it a couple times. all done now
OP, just get a procede, it has so many other great features. If you dont care about them just get a jb3 and get over the governor thing.

imho, i do not think the max top end is half as important as how fast you get there

btw, i have a european model, and i am not sure if there is a top speed cutoff at all

Haha but my cuts out right at 130, but I agree its how fast you get there but i at least wanna do pulls to 140 if i need to, and if its a close race who wants to let off bury it at 160 or dont drive it lol! j/k sort of! but i think ill probably end up with the procede it does have more features and yeilds the same power with bolt ons.

The 18" (as far I remember that's the case because of the max speed rated tires are just on the 18's.)

xi's with 18's got the 155 limit. (along with the oil cooler). have never come close to it. The issue was the 17" tires were not speed rated past 135.
