In theory it should. From the information I have the ECU is the same as the UK model. We are looking for a beta tester for the switch unit on the US spec 335d who can get to a dyno to do some testing for us.

thanks for the information -- i was not looking to use the switch for anything else. just want to get a fix on how much im gonna have to put out total with software.. now i know the switch price -- it would be unrealistic to ask what the software costs at this point (since you're still in the dev stages) as long as I know someone is working towrd this end, no ETA of complettion is expected ..
