The man says to the guy in the car "The entire cabinet including the Prime Minister have been taken hostage and the terrorists are threatening to burn them alive if they do not get 10 million pounds. We are going around asking for donations"

The guy in the car replies "oh dear, so what is the average donation?" the man replies "About 3 liters"

OMG,they are going to burn the cabinet alive so peeps are offering them a donation of fuel to aid the burning NOT money to pay the ransom.
