Procede Canbus ... a little confused

hey guys i need your opinion and your suggestions..

so i am thinking of buying vishnu procede canbus. it is used in good condition and comes with all the wiring and remote

since im a novice at this stuff..

1. how hard is it to install my self?

2. do i need to buy a boost gauge or i am fine without it

3. i dont want to void my warranty, how do i de code it when i take the chip out to take it to dealership so they wont see it in the system.

4. what stage is good to run on if i have just exhaust and sr mid pipe?

5. what should be my power gains like?

6. if i get an intake will that help gain since im getting chip?

7. is this a good chip to start off with, and later what is a good upgrade or add on to this unit?

8. and for who had this canbus are you guys satisfied?

Thank you guys

Not too bad, this should help... we wrote a little mini-guide for what to do right after purchasing the unit: http://www.p3cars.com/2009/07/suppor...ducts-procede/

We suggest one, but its not a must... once you have it though, you will wonder how you ever did without it... its so easy to see exactly what your car is boosting, know exactly what boost map you are in, etc.

There is a process that only the PROcede does that clears all engine codes. You turn on the ignition, hold the pedal to the floor for a few seconds, then release, a check engine light will appear, do this again, and all codes are cleaer. Uninstall the unit and its like nothing was ever there!

Stage 1 would be a good place to start, recommended.

60-90whp depending on gas, mods, weather, and maps.

Yes, intakes are good for any tune running higher boost, as this becomes a choke point.

FMIC would be a great next step.

We love it!

Feel free to contact us.

We sell the PROcede canbus unit, the #1 335 boost gauge, as well as Vishnu intakes in our store at www.p3cars.com

Combo deals are always possible
