And you are surprised.

I went to the grocery store and put a gallon of milk in my cart.
15 years ago it was $1.
Today it is $3.5.
It is $2.50 more...that is crazy for the same gallon of milk.

Cmon mate you know how it works. Moderator please close this wasted thread.

don't forget about the APR too.

Based on a 5 yr, 60-months financing, and for a $50,000 car, for every one percent of APR , is an additional $1000 to the price.

So example:

$50k, 3.9% = almost $4,000 in interest after 5 years
$50k, 2.9% = almost $3,000 in interest after 5 years
$50k, 0.9% = ~$800 in interest after 5 years

I'm glad I got mine when the economy was rock bottom. 0.9%.

That's about a 6% increase over 3 years, or 2% per year, right? Isn't inflation higher than that?

i honestly think theres going to be a point where they are going to charge to much for a 3 series. I mean people are only going to pay so much just for a entry level car.

Not only is the price more, but on the coupes at least, we get alot less stuff for the same price. No flashlight, logic7, etc. Price up but features down.

theres actually a reason why bmw charges more for the coupe you guys get some different stuff then the E90. And i personally think you guys get more stuff hids are standard on E92, different exhaust and more stuff im to lazy to list

For the coupe from 07 to 09, the coupe lost features but the price went up. I paid more for the e92 in 09 but got less features then the 07. Standard logic 7 is gone, and a few other things disappeared.

I think every model went up in price but lost features.

Hey. People wanted the 1-series, so BMW made room for it by pushing prices up across all model lines.
