Off she rode into the distance...
Real shame to see it go but the new owner came to pick it up earlier today. I'm now officially carless. Very sad to see it go, went through all the thoughts of 'I sold it too cheap', 'Should I just not go through with it', 'If Katie Price is such a bitch why do people keep watching the fucking programme'... You know, the normal.
I've been told we should wait until we move house before getting a new car, as I won't know if I have a garage or not. So for the next month or so I will be sitting, watching the classifieds with an eagle eye waiting for the the perfect car to pop up. I'm guessing I'll last a week. I'll definately be getting back into a 335i sometime soon, probably next year when the latest Idrive come into my price range... and definately a manual due to the limited 'work' miles I travel. In the meantime I'll be coming along to the next local meet in whatever I have just to say hello and put some faces to some (screen)names. Bye, and thanks for the fish. |

Thanks guys! Not sure yet Ian, probably Pound Hill/Maidenbower (the whole primary school application thing kind of sneaked up on us so in a bit of a rush). Seen a few, but still amazed how some people expect to sell their houses when they look fooked.

I would be clever to go with something like a gayman. But I just can't bring myself to do it. |

We hired loads of cars when we were carless - yes they are all slow but it was quite fun driving almost every popular model of car over a few months.
Helps if you have a hire place nearby - Enterprise are good. Surprising how good some "dull" cars actually are. But of course it will be nice to have your own decent motor again. |
