Ar Downpipes Noise?

hey guys i am about to purchase ar downpipes my concern is noise? i love the silence of the cabin inside will i sacrifice that all the time even when driving conservatively? please let me know what you guys think

I'd say the tone gets a bit more aggressive, but does not get louder (much, if at all). You'll definitely be able to hear the turbo whine a bit more (good), but you'll also hear the wastegates (annoying if yours happen to be a bit loose ).

hit up a local meet and hope someone has DP's but I have a full exhaust and catless dp's and think its quiet once the car is warm!!

i do plan on keeping the stock exhaust so you think i will not mind the extra noise? can i still have a relatively quiet cabin? and on cruise control on the highway will it sound identical to stock?

identical no, but on cruise w low load conditions you wont notice much difference at all

im trying to tell you no, the truth is that your wife/girlfriend wont notice it, but you probably will be able to hear a SLIGHT difference under cruising conditions.

Just do it, you won't regret it.

ya thats what scares i like to drive alot i go far places on the highways and i cant have a solid note for hours you know what i mean is this not for me then i wish someone was local in albany new york who can show me what it sounds like

but added noise at cruising speed yes right? that is my concern i do not know how to define drone i just dont want a loud background noise when im driving will i suffer from that sorry to keep asking questions i just need someone who has it to tell me thank you

Drone is basically loud background noise. When you are cruising, you will not be able to tell any difference from stock.
