See my signature for specifics of my 2006 330i as I just traded mine in at a Dealership for a new 2010 335xi, but still have it while me new one is being built. I just went over 50K miles yesterday and they gave me $19,500.

It's pretty standard on a trade in they give you a price at the time you close the deal and place the order. So I don't care if the value drops it is sold for $19,500 unless I decide to privately sell it and get more. Then I just need to show up with at least the $19,500 or more.

Also it wont be 2 months, my car is already in production, so max 5 more weeks.
