HPFP/Fuel Filter - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

So the long cranks came back. Was intermittent for awhile, then got really bad over the last couple of weeks. After a long crank, car would stumble very badly at at idle and half engine light would come on.

This is the second time - first was a year ago. Thought it was the HPFP for sure, but BMW replaced the fuel filter and and level sensor. "Repair Kit" part no. 16 11 7 163 295. Runs perfectly right now.

Uh oh... long cranks are coming back. Also, just experienced what I think is fuel starvation...when you press on the gas the car has these funny vibrations like your driving on rumble strips on the road...
