currently 6000km. 39month leasing term
35month remaining

you pay $700 including tax.

after lease term, you pay $27000 and it's yours.

options,

Automatic.
premium package
(sunroof, H/K audiosystem, memory seat, rear folding mirror)

reason for sell : I would like to get SUV

sorry man but it is not a good deal. I pay the same and drive 330i with no money down. Also 4 moths old

This is pretty descent deal, since I got discount over $2500 over the msrp
and I forgot to mention I also have PDC.. ( park distance control )
if you are paying same amount, that sounds right since you have no A/T, no premium pkg, no
PDC.... that's about $4000 different.
and in B.C, you pay 13.5% of tax....
so.. basically monthly payment is about $620 + tax
