Is this really a great deal on a 2010 335i Coupe?

I had negotiated a deal with an out of state dealership to lease a 335i coupe and do ED. Based on feedback I got from you guys (thanks to all that responded), I decided to move my ED to May of next year (post LCI refresh). When I communicated that to the dealer today, he was annoyed with me and mentioned that he is giving me a great deal and I need to sign the purchase agreement right away and take delivery this Dec (what I had initially planned) or the deal won't hold. Is this really such a great deal? Am I being unreasonable by asking to postpone the trip and purchase (I haven't signed the purchase agreement yet)?

Negotiated deal to do ED on a 335i coupe

Options: M Sport, premium, cold, CA, Navi etc.
Deal: 36 mo lease (15k miles / yr) at buy rate, $1,250 over invoice, $725 acquisition fee, one security deposit (The dealership claims it costs $300 to use a 3rd party registration company to register a car out of state and the $1,250 includes this cost)

Monthly Pmt: $713 including MN tax of 6.875%, $2,956 due at signing (includes, one MSD, first pmt, acquisition fee, MN registration and title)

I would especially like input from dealers if its bad business practice to move delivery this way. Also, are there any dealers on this forum who do ED leases at better terms?

Since you're doing ED it doesn't really matter what dealership you choose so I would recommend David Aviles at Russel BMW. He sells at invoice with absolutely no haggling. Many forum members, including myself have purchased from him. Here is his website: www.bmwsonline.com

Nope doesn't seem like that great of a deal. Oh and another thing, don't ever feel pressured into purchasing a car. If a CA is being pushy like yours seem to, I would say good bye and look elsewhere.

Why is everyone saying this isn't a good deal? Are you saying I can do better than $1,250 over invoice and buy rate? If so, where? I shopped around and didn't find any better deals!

If a dealer ever pressured me...see yah. You can always shop around and find a better deal, just depends on how much time you want to put in.
E90 ///M3 [LeMans / Silver Novillo Extended / Carbon Leather Trim / DCT / Everything] I picked DCT because I want to be more involved in my un-involvement.

You can get $1K over invoice just about anytime, any day from most dealers. Not necessarily a bad deal, but certainly nothing special here at all.

Good lord...over $700 for a lease payment? I just can't see doing that...
