Honestly, I don't know the answers to the question, williamchang82 is my old employee and he left them at my shop along with his e90 acct. I made my own with my name, I am just trying to get rid of the springs. I know these things slam your car and you will need shocks. Maybe 2" drop, but like I said I am not completely sure.

i have these..they are supposed to be equivalent to hr race but they def arent..if anything id compare them to the hr sport but in the front they dont even drop as low as those. im picking up a set of hr race in a few weeks to replace mine.
