Problem is I get mine washed by the local hand wash place where spray TFL all over it, i take it this will ruin any wax coat??

Hiya,

To OP
Lovely motor!!

Patiently waiting for my car (E91 330d) to be delivered, now in transit. Can you tell me what tyres came on yours? and if Bridgestoneare were they 3G RFT? and how can someone establish what specific tyres are fitted other than just the brand.

Cheers, you wont be disappointed

Just looked and they are Michelin Pilot sport ZP RFT.

TBH, so far the ride is not as bad as I thought it would be after reading all the nightmare reviews on here!

Thanks, I had a LCI 330d E91 at the beginning of the year (5k mile demo bought Jan 09, it met an untimely end at 12.5 k miles in April) and that had michelin ZPs. I never had any of the RFT problems much talked about, one rear tyre developed a bulge and I changed both rears for the same a week before the accident, they had around 3-4 ml left so likely wouldn't have got beyond 16k. They were very good and I didn't notice any real difference going to new tyres.
