Lots of people seam to be after the v14.
So I'm trying to work out how to upload it as a torrent so people can just download it as they want. If there is a smart cookie that can teach me then please chime in. Cheers, S |

You don't upload it as a torrent, you install some p2p sharing software like http://www.vuze.com/ then you just share that location. The whole point of torrents is that they aren't hosted in one location.
Do not install limewire as you will get nasty stuff with it. Also, once you have shared the file, then you will get some inbound connections looking to download that file, so you may need to leave your pc / laptop on. |

Firstly, use Winrar to compress the ISO into rar files. Then, goto www.seedpeer.com and register an account. Then, goto www.seedpeer.com/upload.html and fill in the details. --- Alternatively, download uTorrent. Goto File -> Create New Torrent. Select the directory containing your files. Under the trackers, input: Tick 'Start Seeding' and you should be set. Just leave uTorrent open. Then attach the torrent file here on E90Post! Last edited by atlas; 11-27-2009 at 09:48 PM.. |

I'm still waiting for the Pirate Bay tracker to update so you can search for the torrent I have just made.. but in the mean time if anyone wants the V14 Pro (Purple Disk) Australian maps.. drop me an email to chris.hicks at bwams.com.au and I will just send the torrent file straight to you..
Its sitting at seed on my PC now, will leave it at that level for a few weeks.. And my apologies for the stupidly long time this has taken me, had a few issues at work & home to deal with.. just getting back into things now! Cheers Chris |

You might have to update the torrent with some other trackers like the two I posted above, because the Pirate Bay is out of business now...
Edit: Nevermind, DHT and Peer Exchange seem to be working fine! |

use this..
http://www.brothersoft.com/isoburn-64400.html its free and a good little app for dumping ISO's to disk Make sure you use a good quality disk and burn at a SLOW speed (2-4x) it "shouldn't" make a difference what speed you burn it at, but the readers in the BMW's seem to be pretty finniky! |

PS the torrent I have loaded is for Professional Nav, where as the files on Media Fire are for Business Nav..
Make sure you get the correct version as they are not interchangeable |

Let me know when you're finished downloading funky_chilli as i'm going to be shutting down seeding of this particular torrent. Its been running on my pc now for about 3 weeks so i think anyone who wanted it would have got it by now.
cheers Mark. PS. you are downloading the "Business" or Green disc. And it works fine in my business navigation system. |

Thanks for the Info mate but what i still cannot understand is that each part produces it's own ISO (so 4 in total) but i can only manage to burn one of those Iso's (the part 1). I've put it into my nav and it loads the maps so i assume i have done it right but i'm not 100% sure.
Thanks again for the nav discs and your help |

It is suppose to be just one ISO file. I had to split it into 4 parts so it could be uploaded to the site.
