After getting a few half engine lights in the past few weeks, i brought it into service.

it was purchased as a CPO last month with 28k miles.

anyone know what an aftermarket vacuum hose could have been used for by the previous owner?

is this the same thing as the golf tee mod i've been hearing about?

any input is appreciated.

sounds like jb+ at higher than 75% and solenoid bypass.

Solenoid Bypass....check Burgertuning.com and look at the instructions for the JB2 or JB+ for instruction on how to reverse it.
