Eek....WTF is this????

Hi, can someone help???

About (say) 50ks or so after picking the car up, I went over a speed hump and heard a CRACK and this was on the road.

Is it some kind of bump stop that is there for transit purposes that shouldve been removed at the $tealer , or, something more sinister??

ANy reassurance welcome?

Cheers

Thommo

I did a quick Google search and found your part number on this forum

Appears to be a shipping/transit spacer device. You should be fine.

Show it to the dealer as well, even if it is a transit spacer, as they may have forgot some other bits as well.

And make sure you ask for a free service (not that they will give you one, but it can't hurt to ask!)
