BMW wants to reprogram my system/brake light on - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I went for an 30k oil change and they want me to come in 2 weeks and reprogram my system, my brake light is on the dash on the whole time.
I got a JB3 in and intake, I wonder if they will erase the chip or anything like that??
Anyone know if I'll be fine if I go in?

I feel for you...unless you have a BT cable bmw WILL find out that you have a JB3 at this point and cut off ur warranty from what i understand. So it is crucial you purchase one asap

no need for that! one of your brake sensors is bad and you might need new brake pads as well. I have had that red light come on twice on me. NO big deal at all.
