That rear bumper seems like a combination of the design cues from the original M-Technic and M-tech bumper . Have the best design elements of both older bumpers. If it is a direct swap onto the older E92 I would get it.

6MT is standard, 7 DCT is optional
Diffusor is not M Package but BMW Performance
N54 is not from Z4 sDrive35is but from N54 BMW Performance Powerkit

Where do you see Manual as standard? Especially for the US?

not agressive enough. 3 series is now looking boring. Should be more wild. Rims are crap too, the 230s looked so much better on the LCI e92 in previous pics.

If the IS has the power Performance Kit, I wonder if the manual transmission will have less output than the DCT version.

No, E90 will get the N55 engine, but no "is" version.

well, to me at least, it looks like just 335i +M-tech aero pkg +some BMW perf pkg (wheels/rear diffuser, etc) +new headlights/taillights/trunk/mirror/grille design update for styling and bit changes in engine (instead of twin turbo, twin power) and tranny (optional DCT) is all i see... am i missing anything? or is that about all the changes?

if that's the case, i might swap headlight/taillight housing later on to get that updated look but since i already have m-tech, i could care less about the rest...
