BTW..........how many ppl are sick of hearing Tony Hortons voice saying the SAMEEE things over and over again? i've learned the routines well enough that i no longer have to listen to him preach, but i'll still follow the workouts on mute

Hey! Im doing girl pushups because of my abs..........okay and those diamond pushups are a bitch. But whats even worse is that I dont have a pull up machine, so im skipping all the pull ups and just doing weight lifting. Either way, by day 90, I should be quite awesome or dead.

And yeah I stopped listening to him after Ive watched the workout once. Now I just have the tv or music on. No way I could listen to him say the same thing over and over each week.

Even though me and my girl each started on the same day.......she is on week 3......and im on week 2 1/2. I wonder how that happened, lol.

Yah I don't have a pull up bar either, but i invested in some Ebay resistance bands that came with a door attachment hook so i'm able to do the 'modified pull-up' exercises..... but really tho, no matter what workout you do, as long as ur drenched in sweat..........U KNOW ITS WORKING!!

Half assed through my first week this week, more so just to get used to the workouts. They are hard. Pull ups are quite a reality check. In high school I could do them no problem. At 37, it's a different story. Oh, and I'll never make fun of anyone who is proficient at yoga either. So, I think I'll count next week as my true week 1. So far, I look forward to the challenge of the workouts, but eating 1800 calories a day is not enjoyable at all.

I did the ab ripper x and the upper plus a few days ago and my body has been sore since. lol That is good though. It just means that it's working.

My girlfriend has done a month at least without missing a day. Ive actually missed a few days because I think I pulled a muscle in my leg and the ab ripper makes me not be able to do any push ups but im hanging in there. Does sex count as cardio?

Sexorcise or exorcise it doesn't matter- either way will work.

got my ass kicked this morning by abripper X......didn't help that i did PLYO yesterday........ not to mention i do my workouts at 6am before heading to work!!

Hey guys, Im new to P90X. My girlfriend gave me her copies so I can watch them. Im missing a couple DVD's, I hope you guy scan help fine which one Im missing and if they are important.....

I have the following, what am I missing..?

P90X Stretch
P90X Cardio
P90X AB Ripper
P90X Legs & Back
P90X Core Synergetic
P90X Yoga
P90X Shoulders & Arms
P90X Chest Shoulders & Triceps
P90X Back & Biceps


Is it true that i have to do all the DVD's have the full effect? What do you guys recommend? I know Im missing the intro DVD but my friend said its a waist of time, and so is the diet. You thoughts?

Also, What do I need to buy that is required for the P90X workout?

I have the pull up machine

What else?

You don't have chest and back, plyometrics, and kenpo. Just download those bro it's not that hard to find online.

I just ordered my Bowflex adjustable dumbells. Can't wait to use em

I'm getting back into p90x as well. After months of deadlines and the Christmas holidays, I put on some unhealthy pounds, almost 10 to be exact. I'm back into doing the regiment.

I'm substituting some of the workouts on and off due to the fact that Iím working out twice a day. Lunch break I hit the gym and have the full options of doing a full hour of cardio/ab work, gym classes similar to kenpo x, core synergistics, cardio x or simply hit the weights for one of the muscle p90x routines. Simple plan, 2 workouts, 1 for muscle training and the other for burning fat. Yes I do have my own weights at home as well.

And god damn, I feel healthy again Tho a bit sore at times! I want my damn 6pack again.
