eas - Angel iBright Installation Instructions - e92 M3

First you need to remove the lid on the headlight using a flat head screwdriver, then unplug the stock H8 bulb. After you have done this, follow these instructions:

This is the hardware for each headlight:

The look great Tom and you guys are clearly one of the top vendors out there but I have to say, just the thought of the light needing a heatsink makes me nervous. That, and I'm just not seeing what it is about these things that makes them so expensive. Where's all that cost coming from? I could buy 3 Keurig coffee makers for that price and they're 10X more complex!

I have to agree. I would project a low sales volume at that price-point. They are nice though,

Thanks for the kind words, and feedback.

The AiB system may not be for everyone, but these were intended to be the the best kit on the market for those that want zero compromises on a signature BMW look like the headlights halos. From the CNC machinework needed, the size of the heatsinks used (this is needed) to the specific LEDs utilized, the end result being nothing other than perfection, with evenly lit rings being seen in daytime. The prime intention during R&D was to make an appearance with increased brighter/whiter light output while giving the appearance of a factory-installed option.

Others will know you have the AiB kit when quickly closing in on their rearview mirror, as this "signature" stands out and commands full attention.

Tom,
your features list states that the AiB setup has no Flickering, Blinking or Flashing on startup but then you state in this thread http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...0&postcount=47

All LED (no matter what brand) AE kits perform a very short flicker on startup which lasts for less than a second with the Automatic setting to on and DRLs active at this time, it's simply a part of the BulbCheck system operating in a different mode.

To prevent this, keep the headlight switch in the ON or OFF position when the start button is pressed.
