I'm not a racer, but have a g35 coupe and got a 10 328 convert on Saturday. So far i feel the torque is more impressive on the 35.

auto or manual?

I wouldn't doubt it since your car isn't stock.

Comparing a modded car vs a stock car is useless..

yeah well of course stock 328 vs stock g wouldnt stay together...i was comparing my bms chip + intake + scoops vs a stock G and one with straight pipes..whatever ..i really dont wanna argue on here ..untill i make some videos talking is useless im not tryin to show off with my 328 or nothing like i said im planning on getting into a 135 or 335 soon .. i made the whole thread just to kind of say how i was suprised of G35 coupe's power like i guess i overrated it thats all..ive actually thought of getting a G or a 350Z n doin major work to it im not tryin to put it down

Very smart... comparing a modified car to an older, stock one... fortunately you aren't the only one to do that.

Im talking botu the old one as well. The one with 280 HP. I had it. I got a maxima right after with same engine less HP and still beat 328's with ease.

Im not saying you never beat the g35's but overall physics and power both cars are putting down. G35 has the edge. In luxury and handling department it might be different but g35's do 0-60 5.5 and when the g35 first came out it was one of the fastest cars under 60$k

That explains it. I thought you were talking stock to stock. I never driven a chipped 328 so i wont know but stock to stock g35's faster.
g35's keep up with 335's as much as 328's keep up with g35's. If that makes sense.

My g35 was amazing up until the day I sold it! They're not as fast as the 335 but the response is amazing, throttle, steering, the transmission, it all feels a lot more connected than my 335. They're great handling cars in stock form and with some suspension mods and weight reduction, they're formidable track cars. I used to track mine and it definitely held its own.

My brother has a G35 and I can definitely say that it will walk a 328 - stock for stock.

I had a guy last week in a G35 pull up next to my M at a red light and start revin his engine and smarting off and talking sh!t with his girl friend in the passenger side. Needless to say at the next light he didnt have much to say as I smoked him. Not something I normally do, but he was a dick
