You should be able to make it, but as always, take it very slow.

Looks like you like near Sea cliff? or what part of SF is that? I live (or lived) in the Richmond part of SF.

Looks like you will make it no problem.

Just back up at a slightly exaggerated angle instead of straight back..then turning.

What the heck is up with that pipe/cement thing

It depends on how lowered you are. The only suggestion I can give you is to angle in/out as much as you need to. You will probably scrape the first couple of times but you will get a feel for it. On my last car, I was slammed (on the lowest point possible on my coilover) and I had a carbon fiber lip that extended out more than part of the bumper itself. There were some parts of Los Angeles where I had to avoid because I know for a fact I would not clear the driveway. Even some major speed bump will cause me to scrape against the under of my chassis.

Your driveway doesn't look that bad at all because it's a gradual incline. It's those underground parking type incline that will get the slammed cars, where it's flat and all of sudden it goes up 45 degree, lol. Here is a quick pic of why I was limited to certain parts of SoCal I put a water bottle next to it and the clearance was approx. half the water bottle.

Ironic, you'll be fine. Your driveway is wide enough for you to really go sideways for the super slammed cars. My driveway is probably in the same set up as yours and I'm fine with it.

smooth driveway

does look kind of steep, but it doesn't look as bad as the sunset driveways where all of the incline happens in a 3x3 square piece of concrete, street to a little higher than curb level in 3 feet

curious tho, is ur driveway where it is steep for a long time more hazardous or is an incline where its abrubtly steep more hazardous?

that's not too bad since you got that extra cement and pipe thing going on. i think you'll do fine.

i've seen some really bad ones up in the city. me ex lived up there, and i hated going up the driveways. some old neighborhoods, like in palo alto, have some really bad driveways too. it's like going up a rounded curb. ouch.

i'd still consider that a smooth driveway. the entrance part is smooth, and then the driveway inclines up.
