And another thing, I am installing a bunch of M3 parts and doing extra oil changes, I think this work is going to another dealership.

I agree, Autohaus sucks. Once they dinged my car when I dropped it off for servicing, and they denied it. The ding was about the size of a quarter and was not there when I handed the keys in. The second time they tried to rip me off by trying to charge me for work that was covered under warranty. The third and final time I went there, I had arranged for a loaner, but when I got there, they said their company policy changed and they no longer gave free loaners! I even bought 2 cars from them!

Now compare them to Downtown Porsche. I bought in a Boxster from the States a couple years ago, and they performed free work on it even though it was out of warranty! They also provided me with a free convertible top (parts & installation) after I damaged my previous one. Again, this was totally my fault, but they did it for free. Same with the Mitsubishi dealership on Steeles, they performed work on my car under warranty even though it was around 9k km out of warranty. Autohaus, on the other hand, tries to screw me even when the damn car is UNDER warranty!
