if i dont have paddles, would installing this + buying paddles will work? Or need to do some soft upgrade? You selling it with bracket and trim or just the wheel? can reply to PM.

I don't think it will work that way. You'll need some software upgrade to do it.
I'm selling the steering wheel with bracket and trim.
