quick and simple question about LCI e90 lux h8 installation
Hi, all. just quick question about lux h8 for e90 LCI.
Do I have to remove the front bumper and the whole headlight? I saw the movie clip and it shows that i need to cut the little plastic tap at bottom, anyone with lux h8 e90 LCI? please help me out ! |

To install them, you do NOT need to remove the front bumper. Inside the headlight, you do need to pull off the connector holding the wires, but you actually do not need to cut the tab, the LUX will still fit

You definitely don't have to remove the whole headlight assembly. Just spin the cap off the back side of the assembly - it's the one with the fins on it, mine also had a warranty sticker/seal on it that I had to "break". You'll have access to the bulb once you remove this cap. Here are some comments I made on the LUX H8 thread. It will take some time, but I encourage reading the thread, there's lots of good info in there.
