big thumbs up to JD and crown auto parts.

while i do consider it very important to get orders right and out to the customer quickly its also just as important to fix orders with good communication and helpful quick responses in the order process. JD helped get my rear fog light switch, leather short shift knob and floor mat orders (three separate orders) correct and out the door while checking to confirm the part numbers would be correct for my car even while his hosting provider/ISP was causing him service problems.

great customer service and fantastic pricing. very highly recommended!

I've found if I order in the morning, and the part is in stock, it'll be delivered the next day!

hey, thats not fair!

unfortunately, mine has to slog all the way across the US - you could almost swing by there on the way home in comparison...

I drove past the other day after the Dragon trip...thought about stopping by and giving JD a thumbs up

It's funny because my dealer here is Crown also, but the parts dept in Greensboro gets me the parts faster

Another praise for Crown. Ordered the rubber trunk cargo mat, rear fog switch, and rear outlets (happy robot mod yay!), got it within 4 business days (including President's day so probably would've gotten it sooner!).

JD was thoughtful enough to send a 2nd email with the proper UPS tracking since the 1st email had the wrong one (before I even got a chance to use it).

Gonna install them today after work

Hey guys - I'm new to the forum (but a long-time BMW driver)... just wanted to say thanks to JD for prompt delivery of a black all-weather cargo liner for my wife's 328xiT.

After 3 frustrating phone calls with the dealer (who refused to exchange a brand new sedan liner in its original box for a wagon's), I saw this thread and ordered from JD. Very easy order. Great customer service. Communicated with me via email and phone, confirmed my order, shipped promptly, etc.
