Problem after upgrade to JB3 2.0

I just updated my chip and installed the PNP version as per the instructions (want to note I waited 10+ minutes before unplugging the ECU for the car to go to "sleep").

It's my fifth or sixt install, so I pretty familiar. No errors upon start up, nothing, just like stock.

Checked the iDrive menu for errors, says NO FAULTS.

We were about to exit the garage and I noticed my license plate lights are not working! DUH! Both of them. They are aftermarket leds and I am 99% positive they were working before the installation. I tried the OEM lights, other pairs of leds (less leds), nothing is working! I didn't try to reverse the installation and remove the JB3. Absolutely EVERYTHING else is working.

I am puzzled. I am leaving for our national BMW fest tomorrow and this is really embarrassing, not to mention illegal to drive after down.

Could this be a fuse?!? Is there a separate fuse JUST for the license plate lights?

Any help or ideas will be appreciated

Thanks in advance!

PS: I emailed Terry he told me there's nothing in the ECU that might be related to the license plate lights to mess up with.

Why is your subject "problem with JB3 2.0" when it should be "problem with my taillights"?

The lights don't run through the ECU.

Probably just a wierd occasion.. The jb3 has nothing to do with it.. try removing the bulbs and re-installing the stock ones. Or remove and re-install the ones that are in there now.
Maybe even try disconnecting the battery and connecting it to reset the electrical maybe it will work.

After I installed mine I got a raging increase in my sex drive.

Could this be a side effect? My wife is very concerned now.

Back on topic: I would change the title op. Don't want people to get the wrong impression.
