It's all ... BTW you can remove BMS Stage 3 Chip Burner from your sig... no need for it anymore with Ver 2.0 USB Laptop integration

Belarus I believe you are correct. I am sending the JB3 out to Mike and Terry to take a look, they were very friendly and helpful. I am happy i went with the JB3 i cant wait to get it up and running again.

IMHO:
you will NEVER be left out in the cold by Terry or mike, and
fwiw, after years (and thousands of posts) on these forums, the OP problem is pretty rare - JB is just NOT known for being finicky.

Yea im not worried at all. I wrote them an email on Easter Sunday morning at 9am est, i believe it was 6 am in Cali and they replied in 10 minutes, telling me to ship the unit over so they will take a look. I asked them how much will it cost me to get it repaired they replied no cost. Very happy.

I know it was fixed, I think they just reloaded the firmware. Something with the battery disconnect/install/etc told the JB3 to wait for new firmware to be loaded. In the the 4/16 version they changed around the firmware upload handshaking process to prevent it from coming up again.
