I think it's matte black...this is suppose to be the new 3m stuff which is a little darker. I also used 3m tire restore to put a coat of protection on there and whiped it down. I can double check and let you guys know with all the codes and everything. Maybe people will start buying rolls and split them in half becuase the whole roll is too big and too expensive.

I really didn't pay attention but I found out that it easier to work when it's dry application.
