Yeah I agree,

For what is essentially paint and some thinners it's a bit pricey for me. I am going to give the OEM scratch kit/paint pens a go and maybe the one from Halfrauds too. I'm guessing I could buy all 3 for under £40 odd quid.

Hi, I got some paint today from the dealers, £19 for a small touch-up kit paint and laquer. It should do loads of chips plus i'll apply with a needle so keeping it neat, then wetflat the laquer and polish.

£50 is for the top package - i.e the $59 version - I have asked them to quote me for the $39 and $49 versions. Watch this space.

Paul,

Did you ever do this mate?

If not, I wouldn't mind going for it and if even just the two of us do we might save money...

I'd bet the 135i and your car are the same colour too, so perhaps one kit but with extra paint would do us to save even more?

Ant (Ant1985) is on board to help and get some pics of mine for Total BMW next week anyway, so you and he could get some pics done etc at the same time. Have a mini, mini meet and maybe grab some food etc?

I might have missed the boat here, I realise lol....

I don't care what it is as long as it helps - my car looks like its been under prolonged small arms fire from an army of Toy Soldiers.

Ah! But how handless are you Matt? For this exercise, I'm hoping that you are virtually useless yet manage an acceptable result - 'cos I'm handless!

So ... Paul ... did you do this?

When I looked a couple of months ago they didn't do Le Mans Blue.

NOW they have it. So if you are still planning it I would be in.
