Duplicate phonebook entries

When I start the car and the iphone downloads my contacts, I get two entries for each contact. Any solutions?

I was thinking, maybe, you have all your contact store on Memory car and on phone....

Always happens

Do you know how to delete entries stored on the car bluetooth? On the Iphone it's one entry and there are no entries on the SIM card.
Thanks

on my 2006: navigate to the record that you wish to delete and press fob , then select delete and press fob again.

I got the same problem but have solved now. Your iPhone did have two entries for each contact. You can check that by choosing to show 'all contacts' under group in your iPhone. The entry might come from both pc and google contacts. Just make sure to resync your iPhone with only one contact source by itune.

Do you have two phone numbers for each contact? It msy load each number with the contact separately. So you have one for the cell number andvanother for the home or wotk number...
