How to change B-Pillar Trim

Someone tried to break into my car. ..and this is what happened
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=422877

Anyone has ever done a change to their B-pillar before? Was it easy or hard? anyone knows how to change the B-pillar? I have found the parts # 51337060240 here (http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...51&fg=20&hl=15) Should I get the clip and change the rubber as well?

Thank you.

ps : I should post here instead of in "General topics"
