I received my confirmation from Justin @ Roveractive about 2 hrs after I sent the payment - went to the email address that is associated with my PayPal account. He stated it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery and gave me his contact info if I needed to talk to him for any reason

Price is as per the Group Buy Discount Details $24.95 + $5.95 shipping (Total - $30.90)

and yes, everyone is just adding their own names to the list once they have paid.

Once you pay you should get a confirmation email from Justin @ Roveractive within the same day (at least I did)

Justin is taking the orders as they come in and receives your PayPal payment - just putting your name on the list (like the one that states 'will pay later' does not get you one ordered
