Trip to Cayuga Motorsport? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hey Guys,

Anyone interested in tracking their car at Cayuga anytime soon? I am looking to go soon (2-3 weeks time) but am not sure how it works (i.e sign up etc).

Would be nice to see other BMWs there as well.

UPDATE September 27, 2010

Date: Saturday, October 2, 2010
Time: Gate opens at 7am, track opens at 9 am
Ending time: 5pm

Event: Open Car Lapping or Drag Strip

Cost:
Road Course (Circuit Track) : Pre- registration $130 + GST (Click to pre-register)
Pre registration must be done by September 29th before 5pm.

After that the cost becomes $150 + GST after September 29 (Gate Price)

For the Drag Strip: Cost is $20 + GST

They have an all day session (open car lapping) on Oct 2 (saturday) from 9am-5pm. It is $130 pre reg. online. I think I am going to go for that one as the evening ones from 5pm to dusk means 2 maybe 3 hrs of lapping time due to the days getting shorter.

Anyone interested?

Nice...I will be paying online at the end of the month (see what the weather is like). Going to be good, I just bought a helmet as well (although you don't need it for the track)

I am going Friday October 1st during the day as Champion Motors has reserved the track. We will be able to get about 20 passes on the track as there will be no wait in the staging lanes and the track will be prepped very well. Its going to be awesome!

How much will that one be for the circuit and 1/4 mile because I know you well be doing the 1/4 mile and I maybe able to go to that one, I will find out Monday.

I dont think they are doing circuit, just 1/4 mile rental. I will find out pricing.

Theres a handfull of us that go, but its costly and its always held on a weekday
