S-VOL specifics
Been wondering about this for a while - and before you start, I've searched s vol, s-vol, s volume, etc, and I've
My question is that when you adjust the s-vol setting what exactly are you adjusting? Does it increase/decrease the amount at which it changes the volume with regard to speed or does it change at what speed the volume increases/decreases?

Faster you go, louder the radio gets.

It is pretty self explanatory. If you increase S vol, then the radio is more sensitive (to increasing volume to compensate for road noise) as your speed increases. Sorry if I came off the wrong way.

I know this is a subjective question, but can anyone give me a feel for how noticeable the volume change should be when set at the lowest setting (1)?
I've read other people say it is barely perceptible at this setting but I have it at this setting and it is very perceptible. I drive with the windows up which I'm sure makes it more noticeable. |
