I am so glad I found this forum when I did. If you have questions on where to buy, just do a search like I did. I got the switch for $56.95 plus $8 dollars shipping. I ordered from Crownauto.com.

Thanks to everyone for the great info here in the DIY.

Trust me, if you buy the switch you can install it. Takes less than 10 minutes.

So my question is this. My car DOES NOT have HID, but it does have rain sensor and fog lights. What is the P/N for the switch I would need? I'm a little confused on which one to order.

The install is very, very easy. It really couldn't take any less effort.

I wonder if this euro switch replacement will work in enabling the rear fog on an '09 E90 with the new rear light configuration.

Was there ever an answer for this question that anyone knows of?

Thanx

Can you please indicate whether this was a 2011 model? It helps others when you provide the year and model of your car.
