Give them a bad rating when you are contacted for feedback. They do post the comments on the dealer website, and do take action when they get a negative comment.

Now that they have admitted that a fault exists and started changing bits to cure it you ought to be refunded.

I don't understand their logic on that. I'd be fuming and wouldn't be letting hem get away with it. If it came to it, it'd be the Small Claims Court as they have a verifiable fault they really should have found first time round.
