I have a feeling the underpant gnomes have something to do with them like maybe they own a detail shop.

Phase 1: Steal underpants
Phase 2: ????????
Phase 3: Profit!

A few weeks ago I noticed a small scuff on the left side of my rear bumper that won't buff out. It's not terribly noticeable but I literally have no idea how it got there.
