Remove door sills. - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I'm thinking of replacing the original door sills with the m-tech door sills and wonder if anybody knows how to remove the old onces? Are they mounted with clips or addesive?
Tryed to search the DIY but only found how to install the uplighted sills,not how to remove the old onces.

My guess is that they're mounted with clips, but I haven't tried to remove them.

there mounted with clips and i tried taking it off but broke a clip like 5 minutes ago

They're clipped into place (about 7 clips). I used a prying tool to pop them out. Use gentle amount of force to pry, and it will then separate and come out without deconstruction to the sill's female holder and/or male clip. On the end of the ramped section of sill, be aware of the holding tab that goes underneath the B-pillar.
