what happen if the gasket off between the exhaust
what is the gasket useful

I believe what you are asking is, What happens if the exhaust manifold gasket is damaged/missing/removed.

The answer is that you would have a massive exhaust leak, which would cause loss of power, a hissing noise when you press the accelerator, and possibly a CEL.
