angel eye bulb problem in cold weather?

hi.. my e90's passenger side angel eye bulb have problems turning on during cold weather like below -7, after a few days, it will function normally again.
Is it a connectivity issue? or the bulb is dying?
anyone know?

The angel-eye bulbs burn out fairly easily. The filament will roll around and work sometimes. You should have the bulb replaced. It's around $40 on Ticher.
