Final hardware but the software / firmware will evolve, even when out of beta as we are constantly working on things and adding features.

This is why its great to have the USB cable.

Only Cali guys are getting taxed, but its a sale so once you return the core you will get the tax back as well as the 20.00.

The USB is a must IMHO. You can datalog your car, download new firmware that comes with new tuning updates and features.
