dyno results! AA tune 2011 328xi

205HP to the wheels!! that is excellent considering it has 230 crank and its an AWD car.

I will post the results soon I need to figure out my scanner but just thought I'd let you guys know, also its done on a mustang dyno which is known to show lower numbers then dynojet so with that being said I could be pushing 210+ HP to the wheels which I think is excellent

Where did you get a dyno in the NY/ NJ area? I've been wanting to do this. But wait, our coupes are 230 HP stock..

That's 230 hp at the crank not at the wheels. The OP has considerable drivetrain loss because of AWD. 205 to the wheels is respectable but I'd really like to see a stock one on that exact dyno. I'm curious about why your torque dies off so early and quickly though. If anyone has a stock 328 xi who can go to that same dyno, we can get a good baseline.

So between the BMW Performance exhaust and the AA tune you've got about 21HP gained. That's assuming 20% drivetrain loss.

230hp -20% loss = 184hp to the wheels stock
184hp +21hp in mods = 205hp to the wheels
That sounds about right.

that dyno reads LOW though they said so, so im assuming its above 205 a bit but they have AA dyno'd a 328xi coupe and got like 174 hp to the wheels stock on it

I got the tune for exhaust and intake.

also AA did a dyno with a stock 328 and got about around 194 I believe, so the extra mods help a lot. This is a difference YOU notice big time. Driving the car has become a ton more fun =).

Any1 in in NY/Nj area RPM NORTH on long island does AA tune and performance motorsports in st james does AWD dyno

If I can dig up my dyno sheets I'll post up. I had it dyno'd stock on a Superflow 880 AWD dyno. Wheel hp was something like 165 or 169.
