Daniels BMW in Allentown made the list?? I went there during College because my alignment was off, and they tried to convince me that I needed new struts after they did their "alignment" which was complete bs. I took my car to BMW of Towson, where my car was aligned properly without any issues.

With the caveat that I have only a few encounters with them, I would concur with the listing of United in Gwinnett, Duluth, GA. My SA has been great. HPFP replacement and injectors too! They have treated me very well.

So Glad Houstons not on that list. If my brother takes his 335i in for service one more time. I think he's gonna request his contract be terminated and they pay his downpayment back. It's had every issue in the freakin book. And some were still never really fixed.

we have won this award 9 times. Its actually really difficult to win. It has a lot of variables that go into winning it. Very prestiges award to win. Congrats to our fellow CA dealerships

I was looking for that too...

Though, if I had to rate BMW of Silver Spring, I'd rate it very low due to my first experience there. The people are nice, though.

WTF? The article talks about the "2011 Center of Excellence Awards" and that 32 out of the 338 BMW dealers have achieved that level and we get the list of dealerships that made it in 2010 and there is only 31 entries in that list.

Is this a typo or the wrong list has been submitted?

customer service use to be 80% of the award now it is only 10% of the vote for the award. Sales and profit in both parts and new cars is what it has become now. since we sell are cars and parts so cheap maybe thats why we didn't win it this year hahaha

If customer service is 10%, then I don't care at all about this
