Marc, do me a favor, confirm that you performed this retrofit, it took you 2weeks to get em back to me, (3) week total process, and that you havbe received photos of the lights eaten by my dogs (which he claims is a lie), and that I asked if you'd be able to repair...

Which little voice in your head told you that I want to sue you? All i've said can be confirmed by your messages; not really my problem if you lose track of what you're saying. All i've done, legally is to report the mail fraud; did you tell that to your attorney? Every information I could find was filed in the case so maybe its a good thing you already contacted an attorney; you're gonna need it if the CC companies press charges  Its between you and them now. I dont care about not getting my money back. Just to see you acting like a fool gives me fun for my money. And keep Marc out of this BS; you're the one who's fishy; not him.
