no stock mufflers, with the stock resonator there was quite a bit drone, then i took it off and it wasn't that bad. i then put the stock flapper, and sometimes i cant even tell i have an exhaust

. I am use to having V8 mustang cobras all my life so im getting accustomed to this tone, to be honest i am at 50/50 of liking it

^^ I think I know what you mean. Going from the N/A V8 to the twin turbo 6. An entirely different exhaust note/beast. I had a gt w/ Borla Stingers and man that was fun. haha

I don't think I've ever done so much research on exhaust builds. I've probably listened to every damn clip on this forum trying to put my build together and right when I think I know what I'm going to do, noooooope.

Sounds pretty good. I would have went with perforated core mufflers though. Just for more flow. Cool stuff.

Ok so i guess i still make too much noise/drone at low rpms, had a cop follow me this morning for a couple of streets. I was lucky that i had the stock flapper in the rear tailpipe installed, that helps a lot with the drone. so after some research i found the perfect solution

im going to order a pair and remove the stock exhaust flapper.

Car is like stock now, its pretty quiet, and i saved like 46 lbs over stock so im happy with the results
